Now that we are somewhat settled in our new home, I want to take the opportunity to commend and thank our realtor Grace Rappa, who handled both our new purchase and the sale of our former home through your office.

There are many fine realtors in your office, some of whom I know personally, and though I knew her name, I had never met Ms Rappa before.

Since we wanted to move quickly on the new home that she located, we took a chance and entrusted her with both the purchase and the sale of our former home so there would be continuity and coordination.

She quickly went into action and directed us on how to spruce up our former home, which included removal of cluttered items. As a professional, I am the one use to giving direction and my wife found it funny that I listened to almost everything Grace said to do.

I should also add that between the end of attorney review and both closing dates, Grace was actively involved in assisting us with preparation for the move as well as many other items which made it easier for us to get ready while we were away on vacation.

We were fortunate, and so are you, to have such a competent professional working out of your office.

When my family started looking for a home in Westfield nine years ago I stopped in a realty office. We were utterly frustrated in trying to find a house in Westfield. I was assigned to an agent named Grace Rappa. After determining our needs, her parting words were “I promise I will find you a house!”
And she did. It met all of our requirements and we were the first people to look at it thanks to her keen awareness of the market. We made an offer that evening and have lived there for almost nine years.
After going through a divorce last year the one thing I dreaded was putting the house on the market. It was the worst time in a generation to be selling a house and I was very concerned.
But the first thing we did was to call Grace Rappa. Now at Coldwell Banker, Grace, who is among the top one per cent in sales nationwide for Coldwell, came to meet with us. Again she spent a great deal of time assessing our needs, in particular what price to list the house for. I disagreed with the listing price but trusted Grace’s judgment and we listed the house at the price she suggested.
The house went into the MLS late Saturday evening. Five people looked at it on Sunday. By Wednesday we had a cash offer that was only $9000 off our asking price. This can only be described as a miracle in this market.
Grace offers all the services any realtor would but there is an intangible quality about her that can only be experienced by working with her.
All I can say is do yourself a favor when you are looking to buy or sell a home. Save yourself time, trouble and money make Grace Rappa your first call. You will be forever grateful that you did.

I recently listed my Kenilworth house with Grace Rappa of Coldwell Banker and wanted to share my pleasant experience. From the minute Grace entered my house she went right to work and never stopped.
